- From the 1841 Census (HO107 Piece 976/25 Folio 20 Page 31/32) Susannah, 8, was with her parents Charles, 40, Tailor, and Hannah, 35, in Duck Street, Tutbury, Staffordshire, England. With her were her siblings George, 15, Barbara, 15, Julia, 12, Mary, 9, Sarah, 3, and 75 year old Ann Hood presumably her Grandmother.
From the 1851 Census (HO107 Piece 2011 Folio 180 Page 33) Susanna(h), 16, Cotton Corder, was with her parents Charles, 51, Tailor, and Han(n)ah, 49, at 2 Duke Street, Tutbury, Staffordshire. With her were her sisters Julia, 20, Straw Bonnet Maker and Sarah, 14, Cotton Spinner. Also with them was nephew Charles, 5, Scholar.
