    • Mary Kilpatrick:

William moved to London and became a newsagent and bookseller; in 1881 he had a shop on Highgate High Street.

By 1891 they had moved to York Place, and the majority of the family were involved in the family business.

William jnr. was a solicitors clerk, and remained so into 1901
Caroline was a school governess in 1891 but in 1901 was helping with the family business.
Henry was a local government clerk and remained so.

All the children were home and un-married in 1901. [3, 4]
