    • The Will of John Vivian 14th Dec 1691. Proved 16th June 1692.

      In the Name of God Amen I John Vyvian of the Parish of Camborn in the County of Cornwall yeoman being weak in body but in perfect mind & memory ( Blessed Be God ) do ordain, constitute, make & appoint here my last will & testament in manner & form following viz: Imprimis I bequeath my soule into the hands of my mercifull Saviour & Redeemer and my body to Christian buriall decentley to be interred according to the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named and for the goods and chattells God hath had blessed me, write my will & desire is that they be thus divided & disposed of after my decease. Imprimis I give & bequeath unto my son John Vyvyan one shilling. Item I give unto my son Robert one shilling. Item I give unto my son Francis one shilling. Item I give unto my son Johnson one shilling. Item I give to my son William one shilling. Item I give unto my daughter Elizabeth one shilling. Item I give & bequeath unto Stephen my son the bed & furniture whoso on he lyeth & the table & frams as is in the same room, and a half dozen pewter dishes & a half dozen plates & the great? fork & the hanging press & a pan that dose hold nine gallons All the rest, residue & remainder of my goods & chattells not herein formerly given & bequeathed I give devise, grante & bequeath unto Agnes my wife whom I make and appoint the whole & sole executrix of this my last will & testament revoking all former wills & testaments and my will is furtherup if my wife Agnes & Stephen my son do live constantly together during the life of Agnes my wife, if then Stephen my son shall have all the goods & chattells of mine of my wife shall leave after her decease. In witness whereof have hereunto set my hand & seale this fourteenth day of December Anno Dom 1691.
