With him were his siblings Emma, 24, Mary A., 23, Edward, 15, Scholar, Charles, 13, Scholar, Harriett, 11, Scholar, and stepsiblings Thomas, 3, Scholar, Louisa, 2, Scholar, and Elizabeth, 4 months. All the children were reportedly born in Chatham, Kent. Also present were 'Man' Henry Thomas, 19, Journeyman Butcher from Rochester, Kent, and aunt Louisa Sunnex, 14, Visitor from Chatham, Kent.
