From the 1851 Census (HO107 Piece 1808 Folio 90 Page 13) Sarah, 50, was with her husband David, 47, Bricklayer, at Johnson Street, Ludham, Tunstead and Happing, Norfolk, England. With them were their children Pheaba (sic), 27, Market Woman, and George, 13, Scholar.

From the 1871 Census (RG10 Piece 1793 Folio 89 Page 5) Sarah, widow, 73, Annuitant, was with her unmarried daughter Sarah, 28, Housekeeper, and her granddaughter Ellen Stanley, 11, Scholar, in Ludham, Norfolk, England.
