- From the 1841 Census (HO107 Piece 1436/2 Folio 27 Page 21) Abraham, 2, was with his parents John, 50, Shepherd, and Elizabeth, 40, at Cynydfa, Llandinam, Montgomeryshire, Wales. With him were his siblings Sarah, 13, Jane, 9, John, 7, and Thomas, 5. Everyone was reportedly born in Montgomeryshire.
From the 1851 Census (HO107 Piece 2494 Folio 7 Page 6) there was an Abraham Hamer, 12, from Llandinam, working as a Farm Servant at Cwmbaden, Cefnpawl, Radnorshire. This was the farm of Daniel Lewis, 35, Farmer of 105 acres employing 3 Labourers and his wodowed mother, Elenor, 72, Annuitant. Also present were fellow servants Daniel Edwards, 20, Farm Servant and Susannah Ashdon, 36, House Servant. Everyone was reportedly born in Llandinam, Montgomeryshire.
From the 1881 Wales Census for Llangurig, Montgomeryshire (RG11 Piece 5481 Folio 6 Page 6) Abraham, 40, Lead Miner from Llandinam, Montgomeryshire, was with his wife Mary Mariah, 27, from Llandinam, Montgomeryshire, at Tylwch Cottage, Llangurig, Montgomeryshire, Wales.
