    • James Vivian of Pencallenick 1 son Bap. 28 Feb. 1735-36 Sheriff of Cornwall 1772 died S.P. bur 7 Nov.1782 at Camborne. Left the estates to his brother John.
      An original partner in the Cornish Copper Company 1758 deed with ?1,000 invested which increased to ?7,000 in the 1779 C.C.C. deed.

      James Vivian b. 1735;
      Succeeded to Pencalenick, St Clements on death of Johnson Vivian in 1765.
      He was Sheriff of Cornwall 1772 and died in 1782. [2]
