- From the 1841 Census (HO107 Piece 1455/1 Folio 5 Page 5) Jane, 15, was with her father Abraham, 35, Farmer, at Wainnant Stabal, Abbeycwmhir, Radnorshire, Wales. With her were her siblings Mary, 16, Abraham, 12, Ann, 10, and Margaret, 7. All members of the family were reportedly born in Radnorshire. Also present were James Williams, 18, from Radnorshire, and Owen Owens, 80, Ind., not from Radnorshire who we believe to be the father of Jane Owens, Abraham's deceased wife.
