      "George Frederick Sturgess Flay, Sergeant, Prince of Wales North Staffords hire Regiment 2nd Bn, August 1914, Rawalpindi, served in India througho ut the war especially at Tochi Valley and Shabkadar 1914-15." After near ly 23 years service he was discharged on 5-3-1926.

      First, second and third children born in India; fourth and fifth childr en children born in England; later children born in Australia.
