- From the 1841 England Census (HO107 Piece 795/3 Folio 8 Page 10) Hannah, 50, was with her husband John, 60, Cordwainer, in Upper Boddington, Northamptonshire, England. With them were their children William, 30, Cordwainer, Ann, 25, Charles, 25, Cordwainer, Phoebe, 20, and Benjamin, 20, Cordwainer and their niece Sarah Gardener, 5. All the children were reportedly born in Northamptonshire.
From the 1851 England Census (HO107 Piece 1731 Folio 158 Page 17) Hannah, widow, 65, Household Affairs from Kites Hardwick, Warwickshire, was in Upper Boddington, Northamptonshire, England. With her were her sons William, 49, Boot & Shoe Maker, Benjamin, 39, Boot & Shoe Maker, and niece Sarah Ann Gardner, 14. Also present was apprentice Thomas Haynes, 17, Boot & Shoe Maker. All the youngsters were reportedly born in Boddington, Northamptonshire.
