Hello...I am doing a family tree on, and noticed you have Bessie Mae Hoid on your site. She was my grandfather's sister. I noticed you have no details on her, but if you are interested, she was born 9 Dec 1886 in Louisville, Jefferson, Kentucky, United States, and died 3 Mar 1976 in Pocatello, Bannock, Idaho, United States. 🙂

Thomas of Forncet, son of James Austin and Margaret Jeffery of Forncett st Peter.

Other son John Austin was my line-he was a blacksmith in Carleton Rode.

James Austin was apprenticed to his sister's husband Abraham Landsell a blacksmith as a boy.

James was born abt 1760-I have his death cert. Happy to share info. Just contact me and will pass on the copy of the info for the will of Thomas of Bunwell, uncle of James.

Hi, I too have an ancestor, William Goldup, who was serving aboard HMS Scout in the 1861 census. Any idea of what the ship was doing there and where it went after.

I have been busy doing my family research for years and have decided to now do my late mother-in-law's side, this is how I found your brilliant website. It has confirmed my own findings to do with the PETTS family. Well done + thanks for all the effort you've put in to this site + families.

I love the great info, but the best is I found my great great grandfather's brother Thomas Cross of Chelsea. My gggrandfather George b:5/5/1832 came to USA in 1849 and started a new branch here that I hope will get added to this family tree

:)A very impressive tree with loads of information.Unlike my tree at Ancestry .com this is just so full of facts right from the beginning I'm utterly flabbergasted. Congratulations on such a great web site.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks for all you have done! I love your page on Charity Furber and see that you have both of the John Furbers as her sons. I just added the second John Furber to my ancestry tree with the 1841, 1851, 1871, 1881, 1891 and 1901 census for him and his family. Also found his Son William B Furber married to Eliza A in 1901 with three kids. So glad to know how they all fit in!! You are the best 😉
