Hello, I was thrilled today to come across your Williams website quite by accident, whilst researching 'Standfield Place', in Sheffield. My ancestor John Watson born 1838 in Sheffield, lived there, a successful brewer. His father, again a John Watson, born 1806 at Eastrington, Yorkshire, was my great great uncle. He too was a brewer in Sheffield. I am interested in how the Watson family ties in with the Williams family and look forward to finding out.
