Your help please, if possible. A while ago I shared info with you about Margaret Sutherland 1824-1895 and her family. I am continuing to look at the Sutherland family and am struck by the number of deaths in 1849 for Donald Sutherland ID 138030 and members of his family ID 10380. I wonder if you could share with me, if you know, the causes of death of Donald, his wife Anne/Annie, their daughter Elizabeth/Betty and Annie's mother Isobel Bruce. It can't be a coincidence that they all died in November 1849. I'm guessing it was a disease of some description but I've looked on Scotland's People but have drawn a blank.

Sorry, I have had a look to see what I can find but, like you, have drawn a blank. I think the only way you will find out is to obtain their death certificates.
